About/AI Cocktail Lab

Why the Lab exists.

AI Cocktail Lab is a practitioner-led media platform for conversations about artificial intelligence—grounded in the work, and open to the questions around it.

Why we started

AI is becoming part of everyone's life, but most conversations around it are either too technical to understand or too shallow to be useful. We started AI Cocktail Lab to create the space in between.

Mission

To make important conversations about AI understandable, technically credible, and relevant by bringing practitioner experience together with questions about work, business, society, and everyday life.

Vision

To become a trusted destination where people come not just to know what's happening in AI, but to understand what it means.

We don't talk about AI from the sidelines. We work with it, question it, experiment with it, and discuss what we see — without pretending to have every answer.

Behind the conversation.

Vaibhav

AI Architect

Vaibhav thinks in systems, not just features. He has worked on AI applications end to end, from architecture and design to how the pieces fit together in production. Naturally curious and strategy-driven, he is usually the one asking the bigger question: what are we really building, and where is this going?

Akshay

Senior AI Engineer

Akshay brings the execution lens. His work has largely focused on building AI applications around real industry problems, where reliability and practical outcomes matter more than hype. He is the person who naturally pushes the conversation from ‘this sounds interesting’ to ‘how do we actually make it work?’

Sourabh

Senior AI Engineer

Sourabh is a hands-on AI builder who enjoys taking ideas from concept to working systems. He is especially curious about how AI behaves in the real world, where it creates genuine value, and what separates a good demo from something that actually works in practice. The question he keeps coming back to is: how do we turn what AI can do into something people can actually use?
